King Shaw Associates Ltd

Bristol

King Shaw Associates is a UK based practice specialising in low carbon, sustainable design for buildings, providing a high level of expertise across a wide spectrum of engineering disciplines. Our engineering design solutions are developed uniquely for each project of any size rather than an off the peg engineering solution. What distinguishes KSA in delivering Passivhaus projects, as an energy and occupant comfort standard, is the use of thermal modelling for predicting any issues during the design stage (ie. overheating, condensation, thermal comfort). Various design and construction alternatives (U-values calculation, solar control methods, passive design strategies and others) are then provided.
