UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard: Call for Evidence

The UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard is being developed to verifying UK buildings as net zero carbon. The Trust is part of developing this Standard.

This webinar session will provide an update on the work being undertaken around developing the Standard, and will include further details on the NZCBS call for evidence to submit data to support the next phase of the project.

 

Call for Evidence

The call for evidence is specifically asking for in-use data for low energy buildings, we encourage all that have in-use energy data on Passivhaus buildings to share this data with the NZCBS. Data will be used as 'evidence' of what is possible now, and be used to inform bottom-up performance levels. It is really important that data is shared on passivhaus projects as these are likely to be amongst the lowest energy UK buildings,   which will provide the evidence base to make the Standard more ambitious. The deadline for sharing data is 16th of December.
