Join a tour of The Entopia Building in Cambridge, a sustainable refurbishment of a 1930's telephone exchange. Learn about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment and retrofitting non-residential buildings. This case study achieved WELL Gold, BREEAM Outstanding, and EnerPHit Classic ratings.
The tour will include presentations from the design and delivery teams (Wendy Bishop from PHT Patron member Architype and ISG) outlining the range of sustainability interventions introduced and key lessons learned. Networking and refreshments follow the tour.
This site visit will benefit built environment professionals focused on the retrofit and/or the fit-out of commercial buildings who are looking to include circular design principles in their work and reduce whole life carbon emissions.
