iPHA webinar: The state of Passive House in Latin America

The Latin American Passivhaus Institute (ILAPH) promotes the Passive House standard for energy-efficient buildings in Latin America, with the aim of decarbonizing and developing the construction industry.

With members from 20 countries, the Latin American Passivhaus Institute has trained Passive House designers, organised Passivhaus promotion events and continues to work on creating an optimal scenario for the Passive House standard, facing challenges such as different social and economic levels, high construction cost overruns, lack of Passivhaus components and lack of skilled labor.

The webinar will give a glimpse into the work of the Latin American Passivhaus Institute, next steps, and hurdles to overcome for widespread Passive House adoption.

This webinar has two sessions on 6 December, you can join at 08:00 or 17:00 GMT. The sessions will last approximately 90 minutes and is worth 2 Passive House Continuous Education (CEPH) credit points.
