Get ready to delve into the Scottish Government's commitment to Passivhaus Standards with Sarah Lewis from the Passivhaus Trust, as we unveil our vision for a Scottish Passive House Equivalent standard. From the 2021 Scotland Climate Assembly to strategic legislative moves in 2024, we're navigating towards a greener future. Sarah will outline the Trust's advocacy for specific metrics and quality assurance processes, emphasising a smooth transition to ensure industry adaptation. Alongside, Sarah will cover key messages regarding health, well-being, grid capacity, and creating flexible buildings ready for our net-zero future. The Trust's vision includes fully certified Passivhaus projects and PHPP integration into Scottish legislation, representing key recommendations to meet the governments commitment in Scotland.
