Prepare for an insightful morning dedicated to sustainability in the building and construction industry. This session, themed 'Building for Net Zero', will feature a trio of thought leaders sharing their expertise on the latest strategy, design, and delivery methods for net zero carbon buildings.

Councillor Heather Anderson, Dundee City Council will outline the city's strategic initiatives aimed at achieving net zero by 2045, and highlight ongoing sustainable development projects, including Eden Project Dundee.

Guillem Arraez Olle, Architect at Holmes Miller and the firm behind the MSIP design, will share the innovative, sustainable architectural practices that are setting new standards for future net zero projects.

Peter McConnachie, Passivhaus Manager with Robertson Construction Tayside, will bring his expertise on low-energy building solutions, focusing on the design and lifecycle impacts of Passivhaus standards versus traditional constructions.
