China's first certified Passivhaus Premium office building"with Manuel Scherfer, Urban Development NetZero Building Base
The NZBB#1 is the first of two buildings of the Urban Development NetZero Building Base in Suzhou-Taicang, located at the northern border of Shanghai. The three-story concrete frame construction is China's first Passivhaus Premium certified office building. Project co-lead and NZBB General Manager Manuel Scherfer gives an introduction to the building features and the challenges of Passivhaus construction in a humid subtropical climate.
