Delivered by PHT PREFERRED TRAINING PARTNER, Coaction, this Certified Tradesperson Course is tailored for UK construction professionals working at a supervisory level and prepares you to deliver low-energy buildings that perform as designed.
Who should attend?
This training is principally for those working at a supervisory level in UK construction, including contractors, Design & Pre-construction Teams, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Clerks of Works, Senior Management Teams, Site Supervisors and clients involved or interested in low-energy building at any level.
Programme
Delivered online over three live morning webinars, discover the core concepts of Passivhaus construction and learn the skills you need to deliver the standard on-site. Topics covered include:

Session 1 – Introduction to Passivhaus, Passivhaus Principles, QA Process, Airtightness Theory, Airtightness in Practice

Session 2 – Airtightness Continued, Insulation Theory

Session 3 – Thermal Bridging Theory, Windows Theory, Building Services Theory, Process & Site QA

Optional Revision (if taking exam) - Session to recap on the teaching so far and prepare for the exam, with plenty of practice questions and support.

Format
- Teaching is through live webinars and starts at 09:00. Sessions are 3 hours long unless otherwise stated.
- Each session will be led by two experienced Passivhaus trainers.
- All trainers are currently working in the Passivhaus sector, bringing their experience of tackling real issues Passivhaus projects may encounter.
- The Coaction team will be available every working day for technical and administrative support.
- All Coaction Passivhaus courses are available to book online.
