Find out about a new Net Zero pattern book that has been developed by the Welsh Government and 23 Welsh social landlords. The pattern book offers a range of low carbon affordable house designs that will be used to build out their pipeline of new homes across Wales.
The pattern book includes designs to the AECB and Passivhaus standards and the launch is a call to action to use the pattern book to help address the housing and climate crisis. The project aims to support the Welsh economy, reduce carbon emissions and help tenants save money on energy bills.
Introduction
Attendees will have the chance to see the pattern book that has been created: understand how it will be used and the value it will create: be clear about how you will be able to use these new resources to help unlock more affordable homes to help address the housing and climate crisis. The format for the day will be a mix of keynote speakers, panel discussions and workshops.
