RDA Architects invites you to a unique guided walk, led by Richard Dudzicki, Director of RDA Architects. This walk will showcase sustainable, energy-efficient homes designed by RDA, offering insights into the design, construction, and real-life experience of living in a Passivhaus.

Discover how Passivhaus buildings dramatically reduce energy consumption while enhancing comfort - helping to shape a more sustainable built environment for future generations.

The walk will last approximately one hour, starting at Sydenham Hill Station and taking you through the scenic Dulwich Estate, past Dulwich Park, and ending in East Dulwich. Along the way, you'll explore the neighbourhoods and have the opportunity to ask questions—whether about the design process or what it’s like to live in a Passivhaus.
