A win­ner of NYSERDA’s Build­ings of Ex­cel­lence Round 1, the pro­ject shows how ad­apt­ive re­use can suc­cess­fully com­bine pre­ser­va­tion and high per­form­ance, of­fer­ing a rep­lic­able ap­proach for fu­ture ret­ro­fits of his­tor­ic struc­tures.
