The Welsh Government is currently consulting on revisions to Approved Document L of the Building Regulations. The currently preferred Option 1 looks like England’s Future Homes Standard. Option 2 proposes the Notional Building applies an air permeability of 1.5 m³/hr.m² and is ventilated by MVHR. Join this webinar to find out how to support this CarbonLite-aligned approach.
