Join PHT member Kind & Co on-site at the Army & Navy Passivhaus development. The project, which is nearing completion, has been delivered by Kind & Co for the London Borough of Newham.
This project is targeting Passivhaus certification and transforms a former pub and garage site into 32 affordable homes across two residential blocks, with landscaped public spaces, an outdoor gym, children’s playground, and cycle storage.
