The final session in the 2026 Passivhaus Masterclass series takes you inside one of London’s most ambitious heritage retrofit projects: the transformation of Bush House at King's College London into a high-performance, future-ready academic hub using the EnerPHit Component Method.

Through this live case study, PHT members Studio PDP and Max Fordham will explore how Passivhaus ambitions are delivered in practice, from contract strategy and technical coordination through to fabric detailing, moisture analysis, ventilation strategy and on-site delivery.
