The Passivhaus Trust along with Patron Member Centre for the Built Environment at the Adapt Low Carbon Group, is jointly hosting a drinks reception at Ecobuild 2013 on Wednesday 6th March.

This event will focus on the launch of a report on the Belgian Passivhaus experience from The Centre for the Built Environment. This will be followed by a panel discussion to explore what can be learnt from the Belgian experience in terms of uptake of Passivhaus in the UK.

Brussels now has almost 1000 passive homes either completed, under construction or in the planning stages, amounting to over 100,000m² of office space, nurseries and schools, plus passive renovations that will achieve 15 kWh/m² per year.
