The cost of resources is rising and whole life carbon calculations are now being demanded from some councils and clients. Where are the resource efficiency big wins, how do we measure embodied carbon and what about sequestered carbon and how do we benchmark our buildings?
The Alliance of Sustainable Building Products will explore these questions at their next event Building Products in a Resource Efficient World, hosted by Professor Paul Ekins, Director of UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources. Speakers include Professor Julian Allwood, Cambridge, Sean Lockie, Faithful and Gould. Jane Anderson, PE International ( co-author of the Green Guide).
