ASPB Embodied Carbon Debate: Why, how & when?

ASBP responded to the January 2014 UKGBC consultation on 2019 Zero Carbon, with a strong call that measurement of embodied and sequestered carbon should be included in the 2019 definitions. As such, we'd like to get your views and so invite you to join us at UCL to debate the following motion:
The measurement of embodied and sequestered carbon should be included within 2019 zero carbon targets
We have 3 speakers for the motion and 3 opposing. Voting at the beginning and the end.
Opposing the motion will be:

The event will run from 15.00 -17.00 followed by drinks and be free to attend.
