Peter Ranken, RIBA Architect and Certified Passivhaus Designer at Accredited Passivhaus Design, will guide delegates through the process of taking an average house and, using passivhaus strategies, try their hands at turning the schemes into near to passivhaus standards. This will be a very interactive session with lots of opportunities to debate the pros and cons of the Standard.
Peter will also present some findings of EU monitoring of early completed Passivhaus dwellings, key targets and design issues.
