Lancaster Cohousing will be opening it’s doors for Green Open Homes afternoons on Sunday 26th April and Saturday 2nd May from 14.00 - 17.00.
Lancaster Cohousing, Eco Arc Architects
The afternoons will include tours of the UK Passivhaus Award winning scheme including the homes, green technologies and communal facilities, as well as the chance to talk with residents in their own homes. There will be tea/ coffee and cake available in the Common House, with tours of both the Halton Mill low carbon Workspace and the Community Hydro on the 2nd May.
The programme includes:
- Tour of Lancaster Cohousing homes and communal facilities
- Refreshments in the Common House
- Tour of Halton Mill low carbon workspace
- Chat with a resident in their home or the Common House
- Tour of Halton Lune Community Hydro scheme, the biggest community hydro scheme in England
