2017 OpenHaus: Hove Passivhaus

Join the AECB Brighton group for a site tour of a 6 bedroom new build in Hove, aiming for Passivhaus. The timber frame is a turnkey prefabricated solution from Lativa, delivered in panels which include insulation, plasterboard and even conduit ready to receive wiring! The timber frame will be partially complete, so it’s an exciting time to see the build. The scheme includes structural gabion walls, and photovoltaic panels.
Hard hats are mandatory so please bring one if you have one as there are only one or two spares on site.
There will probably be a pub visit following this.
