Join RIBA East for a tour of the award-winning Enterprise Centre at the University of East Anglia, and a talk from the designers Architype.

PHT Patron members Architype alongisde the University of East Anglia (UEA) and main contractor Morgan Sindall, were the driving force in the Enterprise Centre’s low-carbon aspirations, which strived for stringent certification to achieve both Passivhaus and BREEAM Outstanding, designed to a lengthy 100-year performance life span.

Materials have been sourced, fabricated, tested and implemented from as close to site as possible, with the balance being procured from elsewhere in the UK, severely reducing the building's imported materials.
