Camden Mews Passivhaus (Part 1)

Site visit to a new build 2-bedroom urban infill project aiming for Passivhaus certification, currently being constructed in the rear garden of an existing property. Designed by bere:architects who were given a free hand by the client, it features a number of bespoke elements such as external shutters constructed from vacuum panels to be controlled by the smart-home system.
At the time of visit the project is due to be undergoing first fix and the MVHR being installed.
The workshop will be led by:

- Business Development Manager and Certified Passivhaus consultant – Hagop Heath-Matossian
- Architects - Justin Bere / Alex Whitcroft of bere:architects
Timings, travel and PPE
- Meet at 14:00 with event running until 18:30
- Request that delegates use public transport or bicycles to access all London sites as parking is always limited and we do not want to upset neighbours.
- Should you drive, finding parking and its related costs are your own responsibility.
- Please note: this is still a building site so delegates are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of construction, the date of site visits may change if build schedules slip or the site is unsafe for visitors on planned dates. Please do not book non-refundable travel until joining instructions are confirmed. As much notice as possible will be given if dates do change.
