The new secondary school in London Borough of Sutton is set to be the largest secondary school built to the Passivhaus standard in the UK. Due to open in 2019, the project will cost £36m and form a part of the London Cancer Hub, where there will be both research and treatment activities.
This site visit, jointly organised by the Building Performance Network (BPN) & the Passivhaus Trust, offers an opportunity to hear from PHT Patron members Willmott Dixon (construction), WARM (Passivhaus certification) and Architype (the architects of the scheme), as well as a tour of the project.
