PHribbon webinar with Tim Martel
Date: 22 January 2019 | Time: 12:30 - 13:30 |
Location: Online | Cost: Free to attend, booking essential |
This free webinar, delivered by Tim Martel, introduces the functions of the PHribbon tool that he has developed to work with PHPP (version 9.1, 9.3 or 9.6).
The PHribbon toolbar in Excel is modular for ease of use and flexibility. The basic module is for new build and includes entering climate regions, site data, U-values, k-values and windows.
There are further optional modules for calculating Daylight factor, Retrofit and Embodied CO2, the extra CO2 generated in manufacturing products. The Retrofit module consists of a thermal bridges library and tools for calculating indicative costs of one or a series of variants which can also be used for step by step retrofits.
The webinar will introduce all the tools and examples of results that can be expected. Afterwards you should be able to use some of the simpler tools, although this is an introduction rather than a training session. (Full training is available.)
