Opportunity to visit Zetland Road, the UK's first EnerPHit Plus Retrofit.
PHT Member Ecospheric is hosting an opportunity to visit Zetland Road. The tour will focus on the key techniques and materials involved, and the challenges presented, in achieving EnerPHit Plus in a Victorian home. In this project Ecospheric have shown how it is possible to maintain the historical integrity of a building whilst updating it to the EnerPHit Plus standard, one of the highest comfort and efficiency building standards in the world.
