This 1930s semi-detached house in Ealing, West London, was split it into two dwellings in 2011/12. The original 88sqm, two-storey property was built using solid brick walls and single glazing throughout. The alterations were designed and carried out to meet the Passivhaus Standard (new build). A truly self-built, pioneering development with a lot of hands on experience from the owners.
Tour details
Tours will take place at 2pm and 3.30pm on both Saturday 21 September and Sunday 22 September (max 15 per tour). Please arrive on time.
