The London Energy Transformation Initiative's Key Requirements for Net-Zero Operational Carbon is the culmination of a consultation process and development work to produce evidence-based recommendations on how to achieve net zero in use in the built environment. John Palmer, Research and Policy Director at the Passivhaus Trust, will present among others at this launch event.
