Join Seaton Beach Development in a virtual project tour of their multi-award winning Passivhaus Plus scheme.
Located on the South Devon coast, Seaton Beach is a residential development with 8 apartments for market sale, including a 138m2 penthouse suite. Not only does this project offer a distinctive and modern aesthetic, but it is also an exemplar of high-performance architecture having achieved Passivhaus Plus certification. The scheme generates as much energy as it consumes, thanks to a renewable energy strategy complementing the fabric-frst approach.
The scheme was designed by PHT members Gale & Snowden Architects, with building services provided by PHT members Total Home Environment, and certified by PHT Patron members WARM.
Programme
The virtual tour will take you through the construction process of the project, as well as an exclusive Matterport guided tour of the penthouse apartment by developer Mike Webb (Certified Passivhaus Consultant).
There will be a Q&A session to conclude the tour to offer a chance for attendees to ask questions about the project.
