Join Passive House + Magazine alongside PHT Patrons and members, for a roundtable webinar: 'Thermal breaks: freedom of architectural expression vs building physics'. This event will feature short presentations and discussions which aim to challenge and interrogate the conflict between architectural expression and practical design solutions in the midst of the climate emergency. Focused on thermal bridging, this session will encourage healthy debate, Q&A and discussion, exploring themes including:

• How to virtually eliminate thermal bridges with simple design.

• Whether thermal breaks can be used to fix a design that ignored the issue.

• The building physics on the consequences of failure to address thermal bridging.
