Join the Passivhaus Association of Ireland and PHT members Ecological Building Systems for a free online event showcasing the UK's first certified Passivhaus Premium: Erne Campus.
Located in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland, Erne Campus is home to South West College (SWC), a further educational facility setting the precedent for next-level energy efficient, comfortable and healthy Passivhaus buildings. Thanks to the fabric first approach teamed with renewables, Erne Campus now generates substantially more energy than required with a 97% energy reduction, saving the equivalent to approximately £52,000 per year on heating bills.
Although an ambitious goal to achieve, Erne Campus was able to go above and beyond as the first building to achieve Passivhaus Premium certification in the UK. Join the hour long event to delve into the successes of the project, and how Erne Campus now provides an exemplary learning environment for both pupils and staff.
