Larch Corner is a certified Passivhaus home located in the West Midlands and claims zero carbon status thanks to its 9.3 kWp photovoltaic array. The project has been praised, not only for its low operational energy and exceptional airtightness, but also its impressively low embodied carbon emissions.
Now with now 24 months of monitoring data, learn how Larch Corner continues to perform efficiently, lessons learned and how the project could offer an exemplar solution to delivering net-zero carbon homes for now and the future.
