Join Lancaster Cohousing for an in-person tour of the multi-award winning community-led Passivhaus neighbourhood. Lancaster Cohousing has been occupied since 2012, and has since served as a vibrant community for all ages.
As a certified Passivhaus / Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6 (carbon neutral) and Life Time Homes, the project evolved through a participatory design process with the 41 individual householders and PHT members EcoArc Architects. The site includes a mixture of residential and communal facilities.
Aimed at those delivering a Passivhaus project or individuals interested in learning more about Passivhaus, this site visit is a brilliant opportunity to learn more about the commmunity-led development as well as first-hand experiences from residents. Book now and get involved!
