Technical Guidance - UK alignment plugins for PHPP

UK NZCBS Design Alignment Tool
The UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (UK NZCBS) is now available in pilot form – read our official statement on this here. Passivhaus offers a proven route to net zero that also ensures occupant comfort, air quality, and overall building performance.
To support design teams in assessing alignment with UK NZCBS, PHT members DeltaQ have developed a new PHPP plugin. This tool helps map UK NZCBS requirements at the design stage, providing a low-risk approach to achieving net zero outcomes – something Passivhaus is particularly well-suited for.
This plugin builds on DeltaQ’s previous UK Metrics alignment tool. We are launching this as a BETA version covering just homes and schools initially to gather feedback. Feedback is invited at enquiries@delta-q.co.uk.

UK Metrics (RIBA and LETI) Alignment Tool
This PHPP plugin, developed by PHT members DeltaQ, in just a few clicks will help project teams swiftly and easily check alignment with RIBA and LETI targets. By drawing calculations from an active PHPP, the plugin displays essential metrics, including Energy Use Intensity (EUI), both regulated and unregulated energy, and even operational energy costs.
The plugin's integration with PHPP ensures accuracy and reliability, making it an indispensable tool for professionals striving to meet and exceed the industry's rigorous standards.
