St Mary's homes in Oldham receives Passivhaus certification
Two homes part of a £15 million social housing scheme in Oldham have achieved Passivhaus accreditation. It is estimated that the three-bedroom homes are so well-insulated and ventilated that they should cost residents just £70 a year to heat.
