Chayley Collis joins PHT delivery team
We are delighted to warmly welcome our new Communications Associate, Chayley Collis, as the newest member of the Passivhaus Trust delivery team.
Chayley is an experienced PR and Communications professional who has worked in the low energy and Passivhaus sector for 20+ years. She combines an enthusiasm for creating unique content with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of Passivhaus and radical retrofit projects. Through her role as Communications Manager at PHT Patron Green Building Store, Chayley successfully promoted the Denby Dale Passivhaus (and the company's subsequent Passivhaus projects) to the wider construction industry, including instigating BUILDING magazine's Passivhaus Diaries blog series with Bill Butcher.
Chayley is a passionate proponent of Passivhaus and has enjoyed organising the Huddersfield Passivhaus Open Days over many years. A committed climate activist in her spare time within various campaign groups, Chayley is also the coordinator of the Zero Carbon Yorkshire BUILDINGS/ AECB Yorkshire group, regularly organising webinars and networking events across the region.
The Trust is delighted that Chayley will be working within the growing marketing team creating content across all PHT platforms and undertaking press communications work. Chayley will play a crucial role in supporting the Trust's ambitious goals to accelerate the adoption of Passivhaus standard in the UK.
