Passivhaus Tradesperson course information now available on BRE website
The Certified Passivhaus Tradesmen course will be focused towards site managers, supervisors and all those with responsibility in overseeing quality assurance on-site with the course content highlighting best practice techniques crucial to the successful delivery of Passivhaus buildings.
This qualification will provide a seal of approval for contractors and builders and provide them with a distinction which will make them well placed to build to the Passivhaus standard. The qualification will also give clients reassurance that a PHI qualified tradespeople will have the required level of experience and knowledge to construct a building to meet the Passivhaus requirements.
The new qualification has been developed by the Passivhaus Institut (PHI) to recognise those tradespeople that can demonstrate the required level of knowledge to construct a building to the Passivhaus standard and will be delivered by BRE and will be held at BRE’s main site in Watford.
