Second Passivhaus Trust Technical Working Group
The Passivhaus Trust ran a Technical Working Group (TWG) on 5th April 2011, the second in the series of Working Groups that will draw on the technical expertise of leading Passivhaus practitioners, designers and certifiers in the industry. The first one looked at Weather data and Carbon compliance.
This TWG focussed on how Passivhaus relates to future versions of building regulations and Zero Carbon definitions; and how to deal with Quality assurance of non-certified buildings that are claiming to achieve Passivhaus. Passivhaus Trust Directors Neil Cutland and Nick Grant gave presentations on each topic respectively which sparked a lively debate among the panel.
