Reduced fuel bills and spacious design are more alluring than energy efficiency.

Octavia’s Greenhauses - Sulgrave Gardens was recently in the Metro, highlighting the draws of Passivhaus homes for home buyers and the benefits such as reduced energy bills and increased levels of daylight.
A family recently moved in to Sulgrave Gardens, and said ‘It afforded us just the right amount of space, which we didn’t think we’d find in a new-build.’ Energy efficiency hadn’t initially been high on the family’s wish list but they were seduced by the design and the prospect of lower bills.
