Dundashill - Scotland's largest Passivhaus residential project
Residents at Dundashill Platform 3, are already experiencing the benefits of Passivhaus. Post-occupancy monitoring on the West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) project highlights lower energy bills, stable indoor temperatures, and better air quality. Performance monitoring confirms that energy use closely aligns with the Passivhaus design targets.

On the sunny side of the street - new Passivhaus homes for Belfast
Sunningdale Gardens, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive's first housing project in 25 years, is the first MMC Passivhaus certified social housing project delivered in Northern Ireland. The six semi-detached homes in North Belfast were built for £1.2 million.
