Join PHT member BE-ST for a 3-day Passivhaus in Practice blended immersive learning experience for women and non-binary people. The aim of the training is to upskill/reskill women and non-binary people in the latest low-carbon construction techniques who are looking to enter or progress their careers in the construction sector. Some previous knowledge of construction and/or engineering practices and terminology would be beneficial.
Skills in Passivhaus have never been more in demand and are essential to reduce carbon and improve air quality for more energy efficient buildings. This presents a significant opportunity for more women to enter and progress in the construction sector.
