In this course, you will learn advanced PHPP concepts for more complex office and school buildings. You will learn about entering information for non-residential buildings in PHPP, curtain wall facades, shading factors, additional ventilation, but also how to calculate design variants, make economic calculations and how to use PHPP for step-by-step EnerPHits.

You will learn to:

Enter mixed-use projects into PHPP
Calculate heat gains for non-residential buildings
Input non-residential user patterns into PHPP
Configure multiple and various types of ventilation units
Enter specific electricity uses for non-residential buildings, such as lighting, lifts, office equipment, and appliances
Add different components of non-residential or large buildings into PHPP, such as curtain walls and structural glazing
Manage complex shading scenarios, including reveal shading, deciduous trees, and stand-alone buildings with custom shading factors
Use the variants calculation tool, including multiple operations and data table adjustments
Enter variant parameters into PHPP
Set and apply user-defined variant parameters and calculation results
Understand and perform economic comparisons in PHPP
Identify relevant data inputs and outputs in PHPP and the EnerPHit Retrofit Plan (ERP) for retrofit project certification
