EuroPHit Regional Workshop

The EuroPHit teams are planning regional workshops to be held throughout the EU from late 2014 through early 2015. These workshops are designed to support interested financial institutions, home owner associations, local authorities, energy advisors, property portfolio managers, and other local partners in offering financial products specifically for step by step refurbishments. The BRE are leading the financial research with the first workshops planned this Septermber.

The workshop will look at technical solutions as well as the financial models required to make these projects viable and attractive to investors and will include an expert speaker from KfW on their experiences in the German and other European markets, along with speakers talking about various case study buildings.
