With ‘Airtightness’ being part of the certification criteria for Passivhaus buildings, the correct design and application of an effective air barrier is essential in achieving the required performance. This masterclass will also explore the different strategies that can be used within a Passivhaus with examples and case studies of certified developments for both new build and refurbishment.
The Masterclass 'Airtightness - Design and Application’ is limited to around 20 participants and focuses on what to look out for when designing, specifying, installing the correct airtight barrier. The masterclass will be delivered by airtightness experts Paul Jennings and Stephen Gurney.
