At the time of the visit, the main ‘shell’ of the building should be complete, with the wall insulation in progress. The visit offers a unique opportunity to see an aspiring Passivhaus being built, to look at construction details and the internal structure.

PHT members CBG are acting as Passivhaus and M&E consultant on the small commercial Passivhaus scheme. They will talk about some of the challenges including building services design and glazing.

Tours are limited to 12 people, and offered on a first come first served basis.
