Join RIBA on a virtual tour of the UK's first non-domestic building to achieve Passivhaus Plus standard, Bicester Eco Business Centre.
Bicester Eco Business Centre, designed and constructed by PHT Patrons Architype and Kier, provides workplaces for small businesses and co-working.
In synergy with the pioneering eco-town’s masterplan, the business centre generates as much energy as it consumes, with a renewable energy strategy complementing the fabric-first approach.
The virtual tour will share details on the construction method and how achieving Passivhaus Plus certification has facilitated an optimum internal environment for occupants in the workplace.
