The 17th International Passive House Conference is organised by the Passive House Institute and the City of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

As the Passivhaus concept continues to gain popularity worldwide, questions about the feasibility and specific requirements of Passivhaus in different climates are becoming more and more frequent.

The Passivhaus Institut has thus dedicated much of its recent research to these questions (much of which was presented as the 2012 Passive House Conference). The findings, including technical and economic consideration as well as detailed recommendations for different climates such as warm or hot & humid climates, are now available on Passipedia.
