We work closely with architects, contractors, and self-builders to support the delivery of healthier, low-energy buildings, whether new build or retrofit. Alongside our carefully selected range of products, we offer expert technical support and training to help ensure long-term building performance and occupant wellbeing.

What is your favourite Passivhaus project or product, and why is it special?
The Entopia Building in Cambridge is a standout for us. It’s one of the world’s most sustainable retrofit projects, combining Passivhaus EnerPHit and BREEAM Outstanding standards, an achievement that demonstrates what's possible with a fabric-first approach and careful planning.

We were proud to support the transformation of this 1930s office block, supplying key airtightness and moisture management systems that contribute to its performance. What makes it special is not just the technical achievement, but the fact that it’s a retrofit, proof that even existing buildings can meet the highest standards of comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
What are you hoping to see from the shortlist?
We’re looking forward to seeing a diverse mix of projects that go beyond just meeting standards, projects that show careful attention to detail, a deep understanding of building physics, and a commitment to delivering comfortable, resilient, and environmentally responsible buildings. It would be great to see both innovative new builds and thoughtful retrofits that push the boundaries of what’s possible with sustainable construction.
