Octavia's Sulgrave Gardens designed by Cartwright Pickard Architects is the capital’s largest (2,855m²) mixed-use Passivhaus scheme and cost £1,821/m² to build. The development, now being marketed as 'The Greenhauses', comprises 30 mixed tenure apartments and houses- 13 shared ownership, 9 affordable rent and 8 private townhouses (7 of which have already been sold).
