Passivhaus project is 2013 Self-build award winner!
Winner of Social/ Group Housing UK Passivhaus Award 2013, Lancaster Cohousing adds another award to its collection.
The 41 home development located along the River Lune, Halton, was recently announced winner of the National Self Build Association's (NaSBA) annual Murray Armour Award; Never before awarded to a collective self-build project. The project was designed through a series of workshops with the community of home owners and Ecoarc architects.
