Whipley Lodge Passivhaus nears completion
Under construction while participating in UK Passivhaus Open Days 2013, Whipley Lodge Passivhaus designed by JAG Architechs and Cocreate Consulting is due completion in January 2014. The individual detached home is set in Cranleigh, rural Surrey. Built to a high quality specification by contractors EcoTimberFrame using local finishes and ecological materials, the development maintains a traditional aesthetic. The project aims to achieve Passivhaus Certification in the new year and is currently on the market.
